+ Organic Red Pepper (sliced)
+ Cheese
+ Organic Orange Juice

~ Whisk eggs and orange juice in bowl
~ Oil pan
~ Pour egg and orange juice mix
~ Add red pepper
~ Top with cheese
~ Serve with Wheat Toast
