I was up in Brookfield WI Tuesday for business. After my meetings I was craving for some Chinese food. I looked up my hotel’s address on Google Maps, searched for the nearest Chinese place and found Chin’s. On the Google site there were links to coupons for Chin’s for a free entree when you buy one of equal or lesser value. I printed it out at the hotel to maximize my greenback.
Chin’s is like a cross of Panda Express and Mongolian BBQ. You have to line up fast food style and order your choice of meats or veggies, the sauce you want and they will stir fry it for you. There is also the traditional menu that you can order from as well.
I ordered both a stir fry and from the traditional menu. I got the Mongolian Beef Stir Fry (above) and the General Tso’s chicken entree (below). And since I had the coupon for a free entree one of these came free.
I also tried their chicken wings with some sort of Sweet Chili glaze. It was so awesome!
The food was pretty good, its definitely not fine dining, but when you need to feed the crave you go for whats offered. What better way to cap off the night but with a fortune cookie. My fortune cookie read: “A romantic mystery will soon add interest to your life.” Hmmm…. the only ‘interest’ I am interested in is in the S&P 500 lol! =)
