Dinner at Colette Sofitel

Had dinner with the fiancee to celebrate our 2nd year anniversary. After watching a play we went to Colette Sofitel for something different. Enjoy the pictures:

Appetizer: La Grande Assiette de Charcuterie – duck pate, duck rillete, iowa prosciutto, rosette sausage

Maine Lobster Bisque – paprika twist
Her Entree: Le Coq au Vin with Tagliatelles
My Entree: Grilled Rib Eye – baked butter fries, bearnaise sauce
Dessert: Sorbet Trio

My Dessert: GIANT Floating Island – soft Meringue, vanilla sauce, toasted almonds

Congratulations on the anniversary!

But my real comment is on the food. Holy that looks like some delicious food! I’d love to be able to prepare and serve beautiful food like they do, great food not only tastes great but is presented beautifully.
