This summer it is important to take advantage of the grilling weather. But like they say – it’s better to be safe than sorry. So I took a grilling safety quiz just to see if maybe I can learn something new. It turns out that I already knew what I was doing – got 9 out of 10 questions correct giving me the title of GRILLING GURU! At least I know how not to burn the house down when I’m grilling.

One thing I want to note, is that people should never leave their gas burner unattended when the lid is closed – your food has a high chance of quick over burn.
