The Arnold Palmer X

by Eric Tan on September 21, 2009 · 1 comment

IngredientsDuring the hot summer months here in Chicago, a thirst quenching drink is key. Water is ok, but boring, thank god I was introduced to the Arnold Palmer: Half Iced Tea, half Lemonade, ALL Refreshing!

The drink is good, it can really get you all fresh and cool in a steaming hot day.

I did not think the drink could get better, then I started thinking – which is dangerous – I asked myself:

How do I take this to the Next Level (without adding alcohol)?

My answer: The Arnold Palmer X

  • Half Raspberry Iced Tea
  • Half Pink Lemonade

A little twist to the original drink. I prefer Brisk Raspberry Iced Tea and Tropicana Pink Lemonade, but you can use what ever brand you want. Serve in a chilled glass, and you have yourself a tart and refreshing summer drink. Try it and let me know how you like it.Image216

That sounds really good. I prefer pink lemonade over the originally variety.
