My mouth is now longing for that crunchy, buttery, garlic taste of pork cartilidge… can’t really find a place that makes a GOOD Sisig here in Chicago – hence the song… left the goodness behind in Manila. The last time I had pretty decent Sisig was last December in California at Gerry’s Grill
